Cancellation & Returns

Go to My orders, open the order and choose Cancel order. You can cancel until we start stitching your jeans. Once stitching has started the pair is being made to your measurements, so the order can no longer be cancelled. If you need help, please contact us with your order number.

We do not have Cash on Delivery. For all successful payments made by credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet, you will receive a refund to the source account within 7–10 days from the time the order is cancelled.

Our returns and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Tailorloom.in for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. Returns will be picked up from the same address the product was delivered to.

Feel free to try the product on, but we ask that it remains unused and is kept in its original condition, along with the tags and packaging. If a seal tag came with the item, make sure it stays attached and intact to avoid any hassle with a return or exchange.
