We are committed to protecting your personal information and keeping it confidential. We only collect what we need to make, deliver and support your order, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number (if you add it) and password. Your password is stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be read, even by us.
• Delivery addresses you save or enter at checkout.
• Body measurements you enter for an order, and any measurement profiles you choose to save for next time.
• Order history: the designs you choose, prices, payment status and delivery progress.
• What you send us: reviews, messages through the contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Online payments are processed by CCAvenue. Your card, UPI, net banking or wallet details are entered on CCAvenue’s secure payment window and are not stored on our servers. We only keep a record that the payment was made, with CCAvenue’s payment reference.

• To cut, stitch and deliver your jeans, and to show you the progress of your order.
• To contact you about your order, a payment, a return or a question you asked us.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed to it.
• To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and improve our service.

We share personal information only with those who help us run the service, and only what they need:

• Courier partners: your name, delivery address and phone number, to deliver your order and to pick up returns.
• CCAvenue: to process online payments and refunds.
• Our hosting provider: which stores the website and its data on our behalf.

These partners are expected to keep your information confidential and use it only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We cannot be held responsible for disclosures by third parties outside our control.

When you use this website or write to us, you agree to receive communication from us electronically, such as email, SMS or WhatsApp messages about your orders. You agree that these meet any legal requirement for communication in writing. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by writing to us.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser keeps your design in progress while you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Terms of Use for more about cookies.

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to our team members who need it to fulfil orders.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, for tax and accounting records of orders). You can view and update your details, addresses and saved measurements in My account. To ask us to delete your account and personal information, write to the address below.
